How is Defiant different from
other programs?

Virtual Sessions

Defiant sees you as an individual. Rather than providing a generic work out, I get to know you and pride myself in being able to personalize your workouts to align with the goals and accomplishments you wish to achieve. Each program will be unique to you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Virtual sessions include a secure zoom link that will be emailed directly to you. Please be on time for your session. 

 

A free zoom account will be needed to log into your sessions.  

How do I schedule?

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours before your session.  Any notice less than 24 hours will result in surrender of session.

What's included in my Self-Driven Program?

Each individualized program includes:

​

  • 1 day program - Mixed body workout 

  • 2 day program - Upper and lower body workout

  • 3 day program - Upper, Lower, Mixed workout

  • Written work out with weight, reps and sets

  • Video of workout for more details & cues

After or before you purchase a session/package.

My Self-Driven Program is up,
now what?

You just finished your first 8-week customized program. Congrats! Before your 8-week program is up, I will contact and gather information from you ... how it felt, how did the weight feel, etc. Then, I will customize a new 8-week program for you, keeping your work outs fresh, challenging and progressing towards your goal. Your new 8-week program will be sent over before your current program is up.

* The 8 weeks of your 8 week program begins the day after you are emailed your workout. *

Does my trainer check in and hold me accountable?

What type(s) of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

Believe it or not, equipment is not necessary. This program

is designed for you and can be built around what/if any equipment you currently have. 

 

If equipment is something you would like to include, these

are the recommended basics: 

  • Dumbbells (5lb-25lbs)

  • Medium resistance thera band

  • Foam roller

  • Stability Ball

 

For more versatile workouts: 

  • Kettle Bell 

  • Fitness circle

  • Fitness (circle) bands

  • Adjustable workout bench

Yes! We will set up check in's according to your preference. I respect your privacy and understand some people want to work out without being bothered., while others prefer checks in and accountability. Whichever is your preference, I have you covered. Trainer check in’s are customizable to you. 


*If your preference is to opt out of trainer check in’s, please note I will check in at the end of the 1st and 6th week for any modifications to ensure your success.

This is a photo of a GYROTONIC® Tower.  This piece of equipment is used during a GYROTONIC® session.  The equipment  can be used while sitting, standing or laying down. The tower has straps that can be used for your hands or feet.  There is also a bench with handles to be used with your hands.
